Improve your facilitation skills, based on NVC

During this 3-day residential workshop Aga will share with you what she learned in a decade of facilitating NVC workshops – you will be welcome at the backstage of an NVC trainer.

What can you expect?

In this training, Aga will guide you through the art of creating group environments where authenticity and connection can thrive. You’ll learn how to foster a space where every participant can experience being seen, heard, and welcomed, especially in moments of vulnerability, or challenge (like conflict or strong emotion).

A safe container doesn’t mean avoiding discomfort. It means holding it with care. A safe container doesn’t mean avoiding discomfort. It means holding it with care. It’s a space where:

  • Individual needs are honoured without losing sight of the group’s rhythm and flow
  • Boundaries are respected, and difference is not only allowed, but valued
  • Mistakes and conflict are not threats, but doorways to deeper growth

Through practical tools and experiential exercises, we’ll explore:

  • Deep listening and embodied presence
  • Finding your ground as facilitator
  • How to pause and recalibrate group processes when needed
  • Clear, compassionate boundary-setting
  • Understanding and disarming shame in a group setting
  • Navigating group dynamics with more awareness and ease

There will also be space for Q&A.

This training will be offered in English. For both the trainer and many participants, English is not their native language. We aim to use simple English, offer translation when needed, and there is space to practice in Dutch.

For whom?

This training is for facilitators, trainers, space holders, and anyone who leads groups and longs to do so with more depth, clarity, and connection.

We request that participants completed at least 4 days of NVC training.  If you’re interested in this training and you have less NVC experience, feel free to contact us so we can explore options together.

Trainer

Aga Rzewuska-Paca has been sharing NVC (Non-Violent Communication) as a certified trainer since 2014 and has been a CNVC (Center for Non-Violent Communication) assessor since 2022.

NVC is her passion and she continues to look for ways to make it easy and accessible, yet deep.  She loves sharing it as a living, embodied experience, which allows you to integrate these tools and philosophy faster in your life. Going beyond the individual perspective, she is fascinated by the interplay of the personal, the interpersonal and the systemic.

She is particularly excited by a possibility to befriend the entire spectrum of our human emotions and to tap into the fullness of the needs within – so you act more from your wholeness, rather than deficiencies. Thus, she sees NVC as a great tool supporting individual freedom and empowerment, which when brought out – into your families, communities and globally – contribute to the world becoming a place where we all thrive.
