2-day introduction Nonviolent Communication

8-daagse opleiding Verbindende Communicatie sfeerbeeld

Clear, powerful, and authentic communication in everyday (work) life can sometimes be quite a challenge. Conditioned patterns and impulsive reactions often stand in the way of a heartfelt conversation in which you can stay connected with yourself and with others, even in the midst of tension and conflict.

The philosophy of Nonviolent Communication (Marshall B. Rosenberg) cultivates awareness and offers freedom of choice in how we connect and how we choose to show up in life.

In this 2-day introduction, we’ll explore:

  • how consciously choosing your words and intention can be deeply supportive;

  • what our feelings are trying to tell us, and how rich our language can be in giving them a voice;

  • what the key is to your life potential, what truly matters to you and what you need to thrive;

  • how to create more connection, harmony and depth in your relationships;

  • how to step into and remain in your power, even in challenging situations;

  • how to express your message assertively while staying caring and respectful;

  • how to better understand others and engage in genuine, meaningful connection;

  • how to receive difficult messages, blame, feedback or criticism;

  • how to increase the chances of a wholehearted “yes” when making a request or how to deal with a “no.”
