Binnen de Verbindende Communicatie is dit een krachtige manier om \u00e9cht aanwezig te zijn bij jezelf \u00e9n bij de ander.<\/p><p>Voor een paar minuten krijg je alle ruimte om te voelen wat er in je lijf leeft, en dit vervolgens uit te spreken. Zonder onderbreking. Zonder reactie. De ander is in stilte empathisch aanwezig.<\/p><p>Een dyade (Grieks: \u03b4\u03c5\u03ac\u03c2 \u2013 twee, tweetal) is de kleinste sociale eenheid waarin interactie mogelijk is. Een groep met slechts \u00e9\u00e9n relatie en dus beperkte groepscomplexiteit.<\/p><p>En precies daarin zit de kracht: de eenvoud schept ruimte voor \u00e9chte diepgang.<\/p><p>Deze keer stond het thema \ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf5\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfd centraal.<\/p><p>Wat betekent het om dit \u00e9cht te nemen en te voelen?<\/p><p>Wat gebeurt er in je lijf als je daarin stapt?<\/p><p>Het werd een rijke oogst:<\/p><p>Een ademhaling die verdiepte<\/p><p>Een borst die opende<\/p><p>Een zachte fierheid die opkwam<\/p><p>\u2026 \u00e9n tegelijk:<\/p><p>Angst<\/p><p>Twijfel<\/p><p>Een innerlijke stem die fluisterde: \u201cWat als ik faal?\u201d<\/p><p>En dit alles mocht er gewoon zijn.<\/p><p>Met de ander als stille, liefdevolle getuige.<\/p><p>\ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf5\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfd \ud835\ude03\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf4\ud835\ude01 \ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf1.<\/p><p>Moed om te blijven. Om te voelen. Om niets weg te duwen.<\/p><p>D\u00e1t is voor mij groeien in verbinding.<\/p><p>En jij?
